We are dedicated to total customer satisfaction. If you receive an item that is damaged or out of spec, we will issue a complete refund or replace the item at no cost to you.
Returns/Order Cancellations of items that have not shipped yet will receive a full refund.
**ALL RETURNS MUST BE REQUESTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY**
Returns of unopened items in undamaged packaging will receive a full refund minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
Returns of items with damaged/missing packaging will receive a 75% refund minus shipping costs.
Exceptions:
-Custom/special orders are not cancellable or returnable once the order is made.
-All sales of regulated items (usually firearms and lower receivers) are final upon shipment.
-NFA Orders may not be cancelled once the ATF Form 3 has been submitted.
-We do not accept returns of Used items.
-Orders where the customer requests shipping to be delayed are not refundable after 30 days
