Refund and Returns Policy

FFL Orders: Please reply to your order confirmation with your FFL’s contact information, preferably with an email address. We will reach out to you if we do not receive this information, but this helps speed the process along greatly.

We are dedicated to total customer satisfaction. If you receive an item that is damaged or out of spec, we will issue a complete refund or replace the item at no cost to you.

Returns/Order Cancellations of items that have not shipped yet will receive a full refund.

**ALL RETURNS MUST BE REQUESTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY**

Returns of undamaged items in undamaged packaging will receive a full refund minus shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.

Returns of items with damaged/missing packaging will receive a 75% refund minus shipping costs.

Exceptions:

-Custom/special orders are not cancelable or returnable once the order is made.

-All sales of regulated items (usually firearms and lower receivers) are final upon completion of the ATF Form 4473.

-NFA Orders may not be cancelled once the ATF Form 3 has been submitted.

-We do not accept returns of Used items.
